The Promax team gave me the best estimate for my Navien HPWH. Not only that the team is very good at communicating to ensure that my questions are asked, confirming appointments, and helping with my rebate applications. The team is friendly and did a great job with the installation. They came back to help me with the water heater menu and trying to setup the rebate. I worked with ProMax  to replace our central HVAC system. My experience with the ProMax team was exceptional. What stood out was their willingness to work with me to design a system that fits our needs, as well as their promptness, professional behavior and speed of execution. Our project involved removing the existing ducting from the crawlspace and adding new ducts in the attic along with a new Mitsubishi heat-pump-based central AC+Heat system. While other vendors said that we may be without heat for 3-5 days, the Promax team worked overtime to install the replacement within two days. Slava was also very patient while we were designing our system, sharing multiple choices, incorporating our feedback, and answering a ton of questions. ProMax replaced old furnace and air-conditioning unit with a new 4 head mini-split system. Slava did initial evaluation and estimate, he was very knowledgeable, experienced and was spot on on how linesets and other communications should be routed. Installation took about 2 days and was very clean and professional. I will highly recommend for any HVAC needs.

We used Promax to install a heat pump water heater for our home after interviewing more than six other contractors. We decided to go with Promax because of a combination of their price, knowledge, and service, and we are very glad that we did.
