Excellent service! They were very responsive and able to fit me in same day. Shaun is knowledgeable and quick at what he does. He explained everything and what to expect over the next little bit and what to expect on the next spray - he also uses pet/kid safe products, which I appreciate. I look forward to using them from here on out!

Wow, we have been very satisfied with Prompt Pest Solutions; they have successfully eliminated the bugs and spiders from our home since the summer of 2025. Two days ago, we found mouse droppings and contacted them regarding our concerns. They were there that same day and set up traps, and by the next morning, we had trapped 2 of the pesky little creatures. (The mice). We highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Top to bottom great experience. Answered my initial questions on facebook quickly. Was able to schedule service by calling and they were here within a week. Gave me a heads up when on their way and arrived on time. Cutler was great with my kids and dogs. Quick service and explained the next quarterly treatments and gave me tips for the next couple weeks. Pet and kid safe products! Super excited to not have a bunch of pests to fight with this winter and spring.

Even before any service, the experience was great. The office lady was incredibly kind and helpful, and the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to—no pressure at all. They took the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. Such a positive first impression of this local company!

Update (January 1): last service in early December. This is my new favorite way to find spiders on my house. Thank you, Prompt!!! Original review: I would pump that spray nozzle until my muscles were on fire! I've always been a pest control DIYer, but this year, I felt like I was in a losing battle and decided to give try Prompt Pest Solutions, and wow! I feel like I have pest control that ACTUALLY works. No more cheap garbage chemicals. Prompt saves me a ton of time and headache! If you're on the fence about it, just do it!
