Pronto Pack Out

We were delighted to have Manny come to our home and pack out half our garage, our guest bedroom and a large closet that went into under stairs storage. Manny and Cesar did an excellent job for us. We gave them a short dos and don’ts for our home and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They handled all our belongings with care. We would highly recommend them and would be happy to have them in our home again. Thanks for excellent service!

A total disaster with packing. They lost and damaged many items. I lost my cameras, clothes, shoes, suitcases, one art piece, and Tiffany glassware. They used my TV and logged in with their accounts-at least two people left their profiles set in it. Their follow up was very unprofessional. I do not recommend. Stay away of these people.

A few days after my basement flooded Pronto pack out came to my house when I was in such distress about the damage. They were so quick and efficient and were very respectful in my home. The entire staff were so helpful and were really there for me for such a stressful life event. I would definitely recommend their services. Shout out to the crew who helped me. Today we met Landen, Manny and Damian. Three very hard working young men who not only returned our belongings to us after storing them for 3 weeks, they also set up our TVs and VCRs. Their knowledge of electronics was impressive.
