We have been coming to Hawaii for many years on a regular basis often staying at the Waikiki Sunset. Our most recent experience there was not a positive one. We wish to complain about the elderly parking attendant at the Waikiki Sunset. She is rude to the point of being obnoxious and totally unhelpful. We dread every time we exit or enter and have to deal with her. She has been behaving this way in our experience for many years now. Why is she in the job that is supposed to treat tourists like ourselves with respect? Given that we pay 35.00 / day for parking we deserve better and we will not return to the Sunset until she is gone. We don't just come for a few days but often stay for two weeks or more so we are paying a lot of money just to be insulted!!

Machine didn’t print a receipt and didn’t think it was a problem since they have our license plate number and you can extend by phone. Got a ticket and saw the kid giving them out. He didn’t even work for the company, he was a young teen and admitted that he was just helping his uncle. Irritated that they charged an arm and leg but never have the decency to check!

The worst parking company ever, I am Marin tower monthly parker. I had a designated tandem stall and someone parked behind me so I could not get out since I was blocked. I called Propark and nobody answered the phone. I got the cell number from The security guard and I called them, they did not provide the towing company to tow and were very rude. I called so many times and asked to tow the car away and they never sent it. I waited more than an hour, even the security guard called them on behalf of me. I walked home and reported the very next day to the state representative who is in charge of the state parking facility.

Rude staff, hung up my phone when I asked for the parking lots owner contact info to improve the signage to avoid more people being fined.

Attendant at Kaimuki Municipal Parking lot /location is harassing and yelling at customers almost to the point that I felt threatened by physical violence. You: ProPark NEED to address this ASAP. I will go to main office to address this issue in person. If need be, I will call HPD on this attendant if they continue with this.
