Propark Mobility

Parked at the lot across from Union Station while waiting for my college son to arrive on the train. Big signs at the entrance of the lot advertising $2 parking. Screen on the machine to get tickets shows $2 for up to an hour. Parked for 30 minutes. Charged $5. Not the first time this has happened.

Terrible company. Valet staff damage my truck at the Rotary house in Houston Texas. The corporate offices stated that they had a pre-report stating that the damage was there before and was denying the claim. When I asked for proof of the report they said they'll only give it with a subpoena. Well that's just what you're going to get. If you're in big cities look this company up and stay clear of their parking lots and their fraudulent unprofessional business activities. I will be filing a lawsuit and a complaint everywhere that I can.

My friends parked in the lot near the bond hotel last sunday .They put in the code for the hotel but still got towed . Qr codes are not that user friendly -people are not used to paying for lots and find it confusing -do they get a receipt ? Does it say ? Having unmanned lots is hard to navigate . $200 per car so now they do not want to come to hartford . We need you to be a good neighbor so people want to come to downtown . Are you part of the chamber ? Do you work with downtown businesses or take your $$ and forget relationships ? Technology is not easy at times . This happened to my friends on Linden place too . I live here and hear the complaints . Do better please .

My car was towed on Saturday September 23, 2023 on the corner of Church Street and High Street in Hartford, CT. My wife and I attended an event at the XL Center and after several hours we left the event to go to our car and head home. As we approached the parking lot we discovered that our vehicle was gone. We found out that we needed to pay for the time the vehicle was parked, but there were no signs indicating that it was for paid parking. The only signs visible were public parking in huge white letters with an orange background. Little did we know those signs are for propark. We thought the car was stolen. When we contacted the number for propark, the person on the other end of the phone knew nothing about that spot. They claimed to only have the garage directly across the XL Center. I

My truck was damaged by a propark driver in Washington pa last weekend, one of the managers keep giving me the run around and the claims manager won’t return my calls. I believe this is a very shady ran company and will never use them again. Hopefully my attorney will get it straightened out
