I am a maintenance supervisor for a detox facility and recently our vent hood in the kitchen had an issue and was tripping the breaker. We had to shut the ovens off and serve food that didnt need heating. After waiting all day for a tech from another company to show up, who never did call or show up, I called Proper Electrical Services. They showed up within the hour, and the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He figured out the problem and had us back up and running in an hour. The price was very reasonable. Jay from Proper Electrical Services, LLC was fantastic to work with! He was the only electrician in the Hanover/York area who was willing to work with me on installation for recess lighting. Prior to finding Jay, many electricians didn't listen to my requests and tried to pushed wafer lighting on me as well as suggest different size wafer lights because it was easier for them to install. Well, not Jay! He really took the time to listen to my requests, made great recommendations and did a wonderful job! I am thrilled with how my recess lights turned out. Its such a great feeling when you find a trustworthy and good electrician! Can't wait to work with Proper Electrical Services, LLC again on future projects/needs!
