Proper Exterior Cleaning

Second update, this business owner has turned a negative into a positive and is now cleaning the front of my house as a courtesy. He is clearly committed to the reputation of his company and has provided excellent service today. I am very impressed with Austin and his crew! This company cleaned my two neighbors yards yesterday and was kind enough to leave all of the mud at the end of my driveway for me to drive through, track up onto my pavement and ultimately cleanup. I made two calls to the owner Austin today and received no callback as of yet. My wonderful yard crew is actually helping me with the cleanup but it was several shovels full of mud and silt that resulted from the cleaning of their properties left at the end of my driveway. Unfortunately it seems I can only give 5 stars.. if I could I’d give a thousand stars! Austin and his team exceeded all my expectations. The job they did was incredible- everything turned out so beautiful and Austin and his team went above and beyond. True professionals. I’d recommend this company every single time without hesitation!

Proper Exterior Cleaning did a fantastic job for our spring clean-up including paver cleaning, sealing and house washing. I would highly recommend Austin and his team. Great communication, scheduling, promptness, professionalism, skill and work ethic. Really impressed with their pressure washing rig as well. They took great care to avoid damage to my landscape plants and my relatively new concrete driveway. Happy customer.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Quick to respond to my questions beforehand. Sean and Julian were very professional, went over all the work to be done, and asked if we had any questions or concerns prior to starting. I thought the exterior of my house was semi clean before, but I was wrong. House looks amazing now!
