Property Plus was recommended to us when we noticed a bad dishwasher leak. They came out very quickly on a Sunday afternoon to diagnose the issue and begin a solution. All the people we communicated with during the tear out phase and rebuild phase were great to deal with. Friendly and respectful people along with great ending results.

I called about finding mold and dampness in my downstairs bathroom vanity. Danny came out the next day, and was so nice and personable. He removed what was needed and left dryers and dehumidifiers so everything could be dry before we replaced anything. We had to wait on a plumber to fix the leak, and they even left the dryer for extra time to make sure things were dry after he left. Brad was also available for communication the entire time. And was very helpful in helping me find a plumber. Danny and Brad were wonderful and present the entire time! Thankful we chose property plus.

Property Plus was nothing short of amazing during the time out of our house with Helene- through 9 months of our house being renovated, they were supportive and eager to help us any way they could.
