We had a great experience with Carlos and his team and would recommend them. Carlos was very responsive to any questions and messages we sent his way and helped us along the way! His team helped us with a refresh of our kitchen and bar area with a new island, new countertops, new lighting (pendant and under cabinet), plumbing, tile work, drywall and painting.

Property pros did an amazing job. My house looks new again. They were professional and did the work quickly and the clean up was exceptional. I received many quotes and Property Pros was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They worked with me to fit my budget and i am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them for your painting and flooring needs. I plan on redoing my kitchen and also BBQ Grill and will be using them for my projects going forward.

Bathroom make-over!! Came out amazing. They were on point with timing, and their quality of work. which nowadays that’s very advantageous.

We met with Carlos who was very nice and accomodating. After getting quotes for flooring and painting, they were much higher in flooring and demo, but decided we would use them for paint. Once we were told that would work, I was then contacted saying the painting price would be increased by $2000. So since we were going with someone else who was significantly cheaper fir other stuff, they suddenly increased their paint quote. Nit a good way to do business.

My wife and I recently had Property Pros do a couple jobs at our house. They did Luxury Vinyl planks on our 2nd floor as well as the stairs and we had the paint the exterior of our house. Both jobs were finished within a week and with high quality. Abi showed up everyday to check in their work and progress. Top notch and professional customer service.
