Property Restoration did an amazing job on my master bathroom. They were on time everyday and finished the job in a timely manner. Management was very professional and kept in contact throughout the whole experience. I would definitely use this company and refer them to anyone.

These guys have done everything from a full office renovation, painting our building, and now have built the gate on our farm. They do amazing work, on time, on budget every time, and they treated my team, family, and everyone around them with kindness and respect while doing the job. Big and small needs, I can’t recommend them enough!!

On the evening of May 8th 2024, a tornado carved a path of destruction across middle TN, which included our family farm. Thankfully my Father was ok, but his home was severely damaged. John and his crew from Property Restoration Specialties were on-site the next day helping those in need. John quickly volunteered to help get the house secured and get a plan for restoring the house. He did a great job working with the insurance company to handle the claim and get the work done in a timely fashion. He treated my elderly Father like family, and made sure the job was done right. He was flexible with changes, a good communicator, and true to his word. They got the job done quickly and did top-notch work. I can recommend them without reservation.

We had a water leak that ruined 50% of the floors in our home. After walking into our home now I feel like I’m walking into a brand new home.

I highly recommend these guys!! We had a main water line break and flood our basement they were there as soon as we called them. They cleaned everything out, cleaned it up had us back good as new. Thanks again John!!
