Brian and Property Services have maintained our commercial property for over two years now, and that will NOT change. We have been extremely impressed with their service and communication. They are full of helpful knowledge and always ensure our property is well maintained down to the smallest details. No matter how silly requests have been (making sure Junipers look like Christmas trees) they go above and beyond to complete these requests. They have gone out of their way even with short notice to make sure the property is flawless before events or last second owner inspections.
