If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The sheer carelessness of these "landscapers" is stunning. They haven't just broken property; they've demonstrated active negligence: smashing my garden lights, ignoring a sign specifically requesting they not cut certain plants, and, worst of all, mutilating a beautiful Monstera I've cultivated in my front yard for years. The emotional cost is high, and the physical cost is even higher: it will take years for that plant to recover and grow back. To add insult to injury, the company refuses to take responsibility for the damages. I'm now forced to continue paying full HOA fees for a service that won't even touch my property. I have no clue why it takes them 4 hours a day and 2 hours to landscape the little bit of foliage outside of my apartment but it’s annoying. They don’t do that good of a job, branches still fall on cars, and the plants around the complex look horrific! and park in the middle of the road so if you’re parked there you can’t move! I have tried reaching the company and no answer as they have ruined my lawn. They utilize a weed eater and not a mower to cut the lawn. I have reached my HOA regarding this matter and seeing these reviews explains it all.

Blows dirt, dust and grass clippings on vehicles, does very little to blow debris off. Called company, even talked to foreman and property leasing office...no one cares.

HOA’s make sure your contract with them includes contract language that enables HOA to penalize ProScapes if work was not completed. Also include an option to terminate on a month to month basis.
