Dave came highly recommended and seemed very positive and encouraging from the start. Unfortunately this changed quickly. First, he pushed back about giving us any sort of written contract. He finally did but it had almost no details and his payment terms. He almost seemed annoyed to do a contract. We from the start had no idea what we would be charged in the end as some of the work was based on an hourly labor rate and some was for sod placement with no labor associated. We got a bad feeling with this but went through with the job. His communication was poor throughout, not giving us clear timelines. We were left a couple of times wondering when he would start work. Dave is so kind and so helpful. I called and he was more than happy to come give me the advice that I was looking for. I had Dave come out and finish the face-lift that was started last year by another gardener. I am so happy with it. It is positively beautiful!!
