ProSource of Beachwood

I found out about this place from my co-worker. Visited the place and was very pleased with the floor and cabinet selections. Arthur Lammermeier, was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about the differences and was able to recommended which aspects of the flooring to pay attention to, from there me and my wife just had to go through the many many option and choose what will look good in our house. Ability to pick up examples to see them inside our house was very helpful. After that we place the order, and in a week it was delivered to their warehouse, we picked it up and the renovation project started. The quality is excellent with very good price for great brand. Definitely would recommend to visit ProSource and check out their selections and give them a try.

I’ve had these cabinets for not even a year and they’ve already collapsed. The material is unbelievably soft - screws tear right out and can’t be fixed. They don’t even hold their own weight. Complete scam and a waste of money.

Deplorable, careless, sloppy, services at the most expensive flooring supplier. Middleman franchise who deliver tile which was different from what was ordered for the walls, and pebble mosaic floor tile that had chipped tiles, and cracked/glued tile throughout the box of natural stone. No attention to detail, nor inspection of tiles ordered. Shop elsewhere, unless you are prepared for extended waiting, lame excuses, and very poor customer service. No remorse or compensation for additional expenses incurred, due to ProSource’s incompetence (5 extra nights in a hotel and 2 hours of billable hours for designer to find alternative floor tile) .

(Beachwood location)made several errors on semi -custom cabinets and would not make restitution. caused multiple delays in my kitchen renovation. very slow to respond if they even responded at all. we paid about 25% more for cabinets from this company being told by our contractor that we were getting a superior product and service-not the case. we even caught then in a couple of flat out lies. would not recommend.

We ordered our bathroom tiles from ProSource. Good selection, love the tiles, fair pricing, comparatively. We were able to take tile samples home for several days. Great customer service! Bill Walters was very helpful. About 8 to 10 days for the tiles to arrive at the store. We plan on picking them up. I do recommend ProSource, and we will definitely return for other jobs.
