ProSource is my go- to showroom! Not only because of their selections but because of the people who work there. My rep Val is absolutely amazing and makes all of my meetings there flow seamlessly. She is very knowledgeable and also incredibly sweet and personable. She stays on top of projects, always follows up, goes above and beyond for samples and anything else I may need. The customer service that I receive from her is exceptional and why I continue to come back frequently. Thank you for all of your help!!

I have had just a stellar experience at ProSource. I highly recommend that you work with Gloria. She helped me choose flooring options Including LVP, tile for three bathrooms, showers, and kitchen backsplash. She was familiar with the products, and continued to search for options with my vision in mind after I had made some preliminary selections. Jake stepped in from an another store and immediately elevated my experience at the Spring, TX location. He is a wonderful listener and entertained all my questions by seeking any answers he needed. He gave me quality time and I never felt rushed even when I didn’t have an appointment. He was easy to reach and communicated very well.
