I can't speak to the prices and installation of their actual flooring, but they rock on the underlayment. I needed some uncoupling membrane for a basement floor tile job I got surprised with for my Christmas vacation. They were at least 30% cheaper than anywhere else I tried in the area. Brian greeted us immediately and got me the quote. After trying a few other places I came back to make the purchase and pick it up from their warehouse. I only wish I had gone sooner, they don't have Saturday hours and I couldn't start install until they opened Monday.

I ordered a small amount of 1x2 herringbone marble tile to do a fireplace surround. I worked with Ian and he was able to help point me toward a few different products until we picked what we wanted. He's also able to help me figure out the correct type of mortar to use for my project. Overall everyone I worked with there was very friendly and I had a great experience overall.

DO NOT trust ProSource with suggesting installers! Portage Flooring was suggested by ProSource and they did not finish the project. Left equipment behind, left expensive pails of glue open and walked away. Worked on old van on brand new concrete parking lot and spilled brake fluid all over. Very unprofessional. After Printess ghosted me for several months my 17 year old watched youtube to see how to finish the LVT flooring and did a much higher quality job than Portage Flooring crew. From unfinished rooms, poorly cut tile, glue smeared on door frames and the mess they left in the parking lot I lost total faith in ProSource and their suggested installers. Called ProSource many times to get them to talk to Printess and they told me repeatedly he would call me back and never did. I
