ProSource of Madison

I ended up at ProSource because my bathroom contractor, Jacob Wiseman with Madison Pro Services, uses Susan Eddens as his account manager at ProSource. I thought it was going to be hard to pick out tile for the tub surround, but it turned out to be really easy, and that was all due to Susan. She was so easy to work with and offered great suggestions and advice, and my new tub and shower turned out great. Thank you Susan and ProSource!

I recently visited ProSource store and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service. The team was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about their carpet, tile, and flooring products. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions in detail, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a store where staff combine expertise with genuine care for the customer. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending them to others.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mark at ProSource of Madison. Mark was so responsive to our project needs, he allowed us to walk around the showroom and select a variety of samples. Mark was also extremely educational and provided a great depth of knowledge of each flooring product we could not find elsewhere. ProSource had a great selection and was competitively priced, but their service team, specifically Mark, sealed the deal for us. We will be back for future projects and we appreciate their help greatly!

As an interior designer I am always interested in the "latest" look and a good value for my clientele. ProSource offers both. My account manager is very knowledgeable about their wide range of products and helps me finds solutions for my "creative" visions. My clients have always been pleased with the assistance and friendliness he has provided them when I am unable to meet them at ProSource.

Great tile selection and awesome service from Trisha. I wish everyone in the store was like her and the guy who works in the back , loading. He’s super helpful. I am also medically exempt per Gov mask order and they still serve me without any questions asked. I will keep sending my customers here as long as these things stay the same.
