ProSource of Memphis

ProSource has everything that you could need for any flooring project. All of the staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have answered all of my questions. It makes it easy when you deal with people that care about you and your project.

Do not use this company at all. This company is a rip off. Not only do are their prices high, they tell you they don’t take returns for new unopened boxes that they sold you. The representatives lie and when make you over order everything and uses “potential waste” as the excuse but they will definitely over order and not accept your returns... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Cody has been great! I can’t say enough great things about the level of customer care that he shows. He knows his stuff too. He has answered every crazy question that my customers have had. The showroom is very impressive. As a contractor I’ve been in many showrooms but none compare to this one. You should make ProSource your first choice for floors.

Valerie is a pleasure to work with and send clients to meet with. She’s a good communicator and problem solver for me. Showroom at Pro Source is well stocked and has plenty of selections for customers to view. Thanks!
