I highly recommend ProSource of Roanoke, for both their wide tile selection and the excellence of their design consultants. Susan spent two full afternoons with me, listening carefully to my design plans and style/color preferences, then selecting a wide range of options for me to consider. Her product knowledge, design skills, patience, and professionalism are exceptional. My thanks to her for making my ProSource experience so very helpful in planning my home renovation!

I cannot unfortunately give them a higher review as I never even received a quote. I made an appointment and went to the local store. I had my entire kitchen planned already. I knew what sized cabinets I wanted. I had a floor plan with me. I just needed to pick out the colors/finishes, counters, and backsplash. I did all of that in 20 minutes as I knew what I wanted. I left my floor plan with the sales manager, she told me I would have a quote by Monday - it was Thursday when I went. Monday came and went no word from anyone. Late Monday I called the location, the sales manager had already left for the day and was taking off a couple days. She would return on Thursday. From the moment I opened the door, I felt welcomed. Renee was friendly, polite, and professional while working with me to pick tile for my kitchen backsplash. I also appreciated her patience. After taking home samples and leaving a message that I had made a final decision, Renee was prompt in getting back to me with the cost and delivery date.
