ProSource of San Antonio

This year was an amazing year for my flooring company. I wanted to attribute that success with a particular project that my Customers The Clark’s in San Antonio. Mrs. Clark was served by Claudia Aguilar at Prosource San Antonio and was very impressed with her ability to help her with her selection of tile for her bathroom remodel. Prior to that she helped her with wood flooring for her bedroom floor ; she loved it so much that she ordered for the rest of her house including the stairs. Claudia’s knowledge of flooring materials gave Mrs. Clark the confidence that whatever she recommends was gonna work out and look amazing. My contractor sent me to Prosource in 2017 while remodeling my home, and it was a great experience. We found exactly what we wanted, and the customer service was fantastic. Fast forward to 2021, when I entered the interior design field and, of course, chose Prosource as my go-to resource for all things flooring. That’s when I met Claudia, who has been my sales representative ever since. She quickly became a very valued materials representative for my business. She is kind, communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, and always eager to help in any way she can. I initially ended up calling Prosource because they were a local retailer that had my current vinyl flooring in stock that needed replacement in some areas of my kitchen. Claudia Aguilar at Prosource was extremely helpful in giving me the information for my floors. She also recommended a wood installer, Albert Avalos, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to assess my floors and provide input and quotes. We ultimately decided to replace our entire old flooring with hardwood due to concerns our current vinyl floor would continue to have problems. Claudia was amazing and was extremely patient as I looked at flooring options for hours at the warehouse. She let us take samples home so I could see how they looked with my furniture. Their inventory is quite impressive. She was very helpful

I can’t say enough positive things about this store - especially Claudia Aguilar. I started a series of home renovation projects a few years ago and then again at the end of this last year. I really wasn’t sure what all I needed or wanted - or what the contractor needed me to order. Claudia was a life saver. Each time I went in she was patient, incredibly knowledgeable and flexible. She let me borrow multiple samples and helped me look through a lot of wood, tile and carpet to narrow down my options. I never felt pressured and I never felt like I was asking too many questions.
