He provided exceptional friendly service. He and his team were very responsive and timely in our communications. The carpet installer he recommended was excellent and did such a great job on the carpet, I cannot tell where the seam is! Jamie Hillhouse at Spokane ProSource is very knowledgeable of the carpet samples in the store and was able to pull out the sample boards with just what we were looking for in record time, saving us time and frustration. We love working with Jamie! We choose Shad McLeod to install the carpet and he and Travis arrived on time and made short work of the job. Shad recommended waiting overnight for the carpet to settle into shape after being folded to enable it to be to be brought into the room. They arrived the next day and stretched in into place. It looks good and we are very pleased with all aspects of the purchase and installation.
