Great pricing, fast install and good customer service. I shopped around for quartz countertops for a while with other suppliers and installers. Steve with ProSource was the best to deal with by far and gave the best prices. Steve and Jaz have the interest in the customer and it shows when I first arrived there and getting their input throughout the process. I got the best price for Cambria Quartz, which I wasn't even going to buy because of the other quotes I received were way outside my budget. Install was done by a outside company which was set up by Steve, but they did a great job with the template and it was done quick. By the time I put a deposit down it was only another week before the countertops were installed.

I would give ProSource 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered 2 vanities from ProSource for 2 different bathrooms in my home. ProSource delivered inferior products that did not look like the floor models in their showroom. The vanities that were delivered were so poorly constructed and poorly finished that I could not use them in my remodeling project and told the contractor to return them. 1. Five separate pieces were ordered for 2 bathroom vanities. All 5 pieces, not just 1 or 2, had many flaws. See the attached pictures. 2. The quality of these vanities was misrepresented by ProSource. The sample in your showroom did not have gaps at the seams in the doors or flaws in the surface or paint. If you had an actual door from what was delivered to my house in your showroom, no one woul

I called to get a quote on a very small project that most places would not even spend time with. Marcus, one of the sales reps returned my call the same day even though he was on his way out for an appointment, just to let me know he got the message and was going to look into my request. He got back to me the very next day in the morning. It's so refreshing to get that type of customer service these days.
