These people will tell you anything you want to hear in order to sell you something. I bought my (scratch proof) floors from them and now less than 3 years later in replacing the whole flooring again because moving a couch out to clean scratches the floors. Even cardboard boxes.

If I could give a 0 I would. The WORST customer service. The manager was absolutely awful. I would warn anyone considering them to not. Find some place else. They misrepresented their project and do not stand behind their warranty.
