Patrick was at the property before I was and I'm always on time. He made a point of showing me as much of the items of concern through physically showing me and showing in pictures for areas that I could not access. He explains the cinarios and the situation and makes it easy to understand. Patrick also answered multiple questions I had durring the inspection as well as after through email. Yep, I'd use him again and reccomend him specifically.

Aside from providing great customer service, Patrick did an extremely thorough inspection of our future home and found things even we didn’t notice, but so glad he did since we want to repair those. He was very detailed and took his time to look at everything from the attic to the roof, to every outlet in the house. He even flew a drone camera over the house to check out the roof!
