We unfortunately needed our roof replaced 2 times in the last 4? years. Hail seems to migrate to our roof. Both times Robert from Prosperity Roofing handled this seamlessly. From going over the quote to explaining the insurance side to its completion we encountered no delays and no issues. His crew was outstanding and hard working. Roof looks great, the cleanup outstanding. We also had our gutters replaced. They came a day later and completed it in a day. They were just as professional. I highly recommend Prosperity Roofing. Prosperity Roofing was just wonderful to work with. We were worried about having to replace our roof after a hail storm. The process is complicated with both insurance and mortgage companies involved, but Matt Ellis walked us through the process, multiple times. Matt was always there to answer questions, take care of requests, file paperwork, and make sure everything was done correctly. We are so grateful for the help, for the new roof, and new gutters. The work was all done on time and on budget. We grew up on Austin and wanted to use a local company which came highly recommended by neighbors. We are so glad we did! Best roofing experience ever. Had 5 roofing companies give us detailed quotes. Was very impressed with Hadley. We would have paid his company more money than the other companies just because of his good service. Guess what? His company was also the lowest priced company. Win, win, win.
