Prospero Place Garage (Parking)

Be prepared to wait >1 hour to get out of the garage. I have app and can get out quickly. The problem is waiting for others to exit. It takes calling a number and then input credit card info, then text back to enter exit code. I’ll be finding another place to park for Redbirds games.

I wish I could give a 0 star. You'll be stuck for AT LEAST an hour before getting out. We were parked here for a Red Birds game and we're stuck for almost 2 hours. Park literally anywhere else. They have you call to get into and out which causes a crazy pile of traffic.

We used to love this garage for Redbirds games. But the system they're using now to get in and out is incredibly inefficient. There was a wait to get in and we found out why. At the gate, you have to call a number to get a text with the link to pay. There was a guy there helping you through this, if needed. Of course, the number didn't work, so the guy let us scan a QR code. Once parked we paid online. You have to call again upon exit, which didn't work for us either. He physically wrote down our number on a notepad, then let us out. Just inefficient all the way around.

Worst parking experience ever. We were down for a ballgame and their system is not set up to handle crowds. Call a number and enter a code to get in and then put in cc info, then call number and enter another code again to get out. And they had two employees helping folks with this stupid system. It needs to be a flat fee when u enter so that exiting is seamless.

Worst parking experience ever!! This new call/text system is NOT equipped for event traffic. We were stuck in the garage for more than an hour, gridlocked trying to get out after a Redbirds game!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!
