Richard was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was seeing and why it mattered for us. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated his patience. We asked for a proactive home maintenance preventative inspection and it was well worth the money. He found things we did not see and would not have known to fix. Most items are inexpensive to repair today but could have caused significant issues over time. My husband and I plan to do this every 5 years going forward.
