yesterday I had a representative from their company come to my home. They were here to fix my dryer and he was so respectful and nice. After explaining to me exactly what was the issue was, he not only replaced the broken parts, but took it upon himself to help clean part of my washer for me. It meant the world to me because I have a one year-old baby, and he went out of his way to help me. They are an absolutely fantastic company and they have the best workers ever. he was so quick and efficient! contact them for ALL the work you need done!

What a wonderful experience I had with Najam, owner of ProTech Appliance Repair. I have a 10-yr old Kenmore Elite French door fridge which has given me plenty of problems over the years. Najam came to diagnose for a reasonable price, and determined the compressor was shot. Instead of pushing a costly repair or doing a bandaid fix with Freon add he recommended time for replacement. I appreciated that and he also gave me some guidance on what brands to consider that require less service based on his many years of experience. I would call him again for any appliance repair.

Najam was professional and provided excellent communication and explanations throughout the repair process for our refrigeration unit. It needed multiple visits and he was always on time and let us know what the next steps would be. Highly recommend.

I had my oven broken days before Christmas. I put in a work order through my property management. They said someone from ProTech will contact. They did the same. Today, the 24th, my oven is fixed ready to cook my Christmas dinner. The technician was fast and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend.
