Had other plumbers set up to come and they no call no showed. Protech plumbing was THE most professional on the phone I experienced. Their technicians were early and provided great service with knowledge to back it up. Creative guys who fixed my problem with a long lasting solution. Price was no more or less than any other plumber but the service was exceptional. Highly recommend, will be a future customer

We called Protech today for an issue with our thermostat/furnace. We had a same day visit scheduled and the technician called to let us know he was able to arrive early if we were able to accommodate, which we were thrilled to accept. Russell, the technician, was not only able to quickly fix our issue but also helped us with some tips on installing a different thermostat. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent service, extremely prompt, reasonable rates (they only charged us the basic service fee of $89 - no additional charges). Definitely will use them again if we have any needs for plumbing, heating and AC and I would strongly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable company in/around Estes Park. Great job!

Protech is out of business. They sold their phone number to Lion Home Service. They came out to work on my boiler that was not heating and could not fix the problem since it is also attached to our solar heating system. The technician said I should call another company to service my system since the system is too complicated for him. I was charged $200 for the trip and his time.

Their technician Curran responded over the phone on a Saturday night when my furnace quit working (and below zero temperature outside). I was waiting for my home warranty company to approve the service call (which they weren’t doing), and Curran spent at least a couple of hours helping us diagnose the problem ourselves, and then fix it, with his direction and help just over the phone. He was so professional, patient, knowledgeable, and just unbelievably kind to do that. And I was very impressed that he said he was sure that Protech wouldn’t mind that he had done that, despite the fact that it meant they didn’t wind up having to come out and get the business. Consequently, I would highly recommend Protech, especially if they support having great employees like Curran!

Protech Plumbing replaced my Broiler Heat/Hot Water Unit with a High Efficiency tankless system. They had to run 100' of new Gas Piping to support the new system and install a lot of new piping for the upgrade. It his was not too painful an experience, all done in 5 days. Eric did a great job; he was professional, his plumbing skills are a work of art, he took the time to make it right, stayed to complete tasks and share his knowledge. I am very happy with the end results, Outstanding job Protech.
