Tony and his Team at ProTech Restoration are total pros. We had some water get in through the roof in our condo in the city and we were afraid of mold over time. This whole process was a lot simpler than I thought. It originally started with a repair job from damage due to a hail storm. Luckily Corey was my Project Manager and took control of the process of working with insurance, going as far as personally meeting with the adjuster. From there the work began and went as smooth as expected. The final outcome looks amazing, my 109 year old house looks good as brand new. My expectations were exceeded and I’d highly recommend working with Corey for any repair projects needed on your house.

The team was very thoughtful and responsive. When the damage happened, ProTech (Ben) was the only remediation company who said they were sorry that this happened to us. When things went wrong, which inevitably happens, both the remediation and repair teams took responsibility and fixed any mistakes. Tony and Manny were very thoughtful, conscientious and communicative. They and the remediation and repair teams exceeded our expectations and acted with generosity and responsiveness. Thank you!
