Super friendly techs and admin staff! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable - there was a clear answer with every question I asked. They did a really good job cleaning up our air ducts, we felt a difference in our home immediately!

We returned to Daytona Beach Florida 3 weeks after Hurricane Irma. A neighbor hired this company for mold removal and they recommended them to us. We called & Phillip met us the same day. We had rain enter our condo through the bottom of our front door. This water had be sitting there without electricity. Mold was on the baseboards as well as the drywall. We watched them remove both. Then they treated the studs. Upon completion we were given a certificate stating the repairs were completed properly. By the way, it is a myth that bleach and or KILLZ kills mold. Our repair was reasonably priced compared to other people who hired other companies. We highly recommend Protective Solutions.

Do not trust this company. First off, the quality of the remodel is very poor and my elderly was overcharged for the remodel and mold issue. My mother has been trying to get Tom Costa to come back after months and months of promising to fix something. Every time she calls it’s a song and dance. Sad when people take advantage of the elderly! Stay away!

If I could give them a negative number rating, I would. Buyer beware. Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service.
