Protector Pest Solutions was great to work with. After sharing my concerns, I was able to promptly get an appointment for them to inspect the situation. Kyle was especially awesome. He was honest and very thorough with explaining the inspection results to me in language that I could follow and understand. He has a great demeanor and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. UPDATE 12/18 to owner response: That is not a truthful response. Since the calls are recorded (mine are as well), you would’ve heard that she immediately cut me off while explaining the problem and asked for my address not once but twice, where I replied: “I heard you- I’m giving you the address.” After I went over what had been relayed to me from our third party- she then cut me off again saying “There were no notes saying there would be holes cut into your walls” so when I asked what was written down from the past inspection and what they were wanting to do on the upcoming date, she replied “that is for the rental company and I’m not able to give you any information”, which she was very rude when doing so. The inspector (Matt) and the technician (Reggie) were very patient and thorough throughout the process. And provided a great customer experience given the rainy conditions. I don't know if they’'ll get any recognition for this feedback but I thought it was worth mentioning. As someone who’s dealing with pest issues a second time around, Protector Pest Solutions has been best customer experience so far. Keep up the good work!
