Placed a call and left a voicemail with Proto as we found our water heater had broken and was leaking in the basement at around 7:30pm. Peri and Odi called back 6 minutes later and were at the house before 8:30pm. Excellent Service, patience with a new homeowner, and fair pricing even in an emergency situation. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

The service was great. I called Peri from Proto Home Sevice Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. After inspecting some pipes connectors/drainage, he realized that some connections were wrong. He took the time to explain everything in detail that needed to be changed. I followed his recommendations and I'm very happy with the results. Peri is very professional with many years of experience. Highly recommend!!

We have an old heater system that is starting to break down a lot and Peri, who has been helping us has been very helpful to us this winter. Its Sunday and I shot him a text out of nowhere this morning and he came by to fix our heater. My family and I would've froze today if it weren't for this company.
