Bizarre to charge a FORMER home owner a fee of $140+ to pick up an propane tank when the NEW owners of the home were the ones to make the choice to not use proulx for propane. this is your sign to use a LOCAL company and not a corporate business.

I live on a one lane dirt road, houses on both sides. Every winter they say that they can't deliver because my driveway is not sanded. So Every year I tell them it's a road and not a driveway, and they tell me it's my responsibility to sand it, I ran out of propane and they never delivered. Bad costumer service. I'm never doing business with them again.

State of Emergency (as declared by the Governor; due to sustained cold weather), 9pm on Sunday night with an empty fuel tank. I called Proulx and had a full tank and service tech on-site to ensure that I was up and running within 2-1/2 hours. Great service by Sean Murray and Angel S. While other companies claim that they are not taking on new customers, Proulx has been a reliable fuel supplier to me for multiple years now.

Prices much higher than other local companies and poor customer service. Needed to call 8 times for a furnace cleaning. So many errors with the appointment that can’t write them all in one review. Then they cancelled right before they were scheduled to arrive. If you have the choice, go elsewhere.

They do not return calls, nor do they resolve issues. Installed faulty equipment which has never worked more than a few months at a time.
