My air conditioner stopped working over Labor Day weekend. After one day of thinking I could fix it I gave up and called Tom Labor Day morning and explained my situation of being a desperate mom who didn’t want her 1 year old sitting in the heat when it was going to be 95 out. Tom came right away and fixed my air conditioner in just a few minutes. He was super nice and professional. Also offered to help and see if my warranty would cover the part. The service was excellent and I could not recommend them more to anyone with air conditioner issues. Thank you Tom for the rescue.

Called to check to see if they do appliance repair. They do not, which is fine. Guy on the phone was super rude and needs some coaching on dealing with customers. I am also pricing out furnace repair and considered calling them, but that went out the window with how the guy was on the phone. Hard pass!

My wife Kellie and I had a new furnace installed, Tom P came over checked things out , next thing Allen stopped installed cleaned up and bid adios, you guys are great central air in spring! Thanks

Very profesional, friendly and great communication. I had bids from three others one was a bit lower, but I got a better feeling talking with Nate. Install was quick and clean, the installed furnace/AC and adapted ductwork looks 100 times better than what I had.
