Did not have service with them, but their communication is terrible and they wasted half of my day off. I scheduled service with them and they gave me a 12-3pm window with a 30-minute 'we are on our way' call. 3pm passes and no word from them. I called the office at 3pm and the scheduler called the service tech and he said he was running late and they'd be here at 4pm. Not ideal, but understandable. 4:30pm comes around and the tech calls me to say he has been stuck on the freeway (his truck 'died') about 2 hours ago (which would have been in the same window that the office scheduler said he spoke to him and found out he was running late).
