Provencher's Decorative Concrete Flatwork & Floors

We had 468 sq.ft. Antiqued flagstone stamped concrete walkway put in wrapped around our house which bob provencher portrays this work on his sites. It came out amazing initially but after 1st and 2nd year when we had problems with top layer chipping and flaking off he wouldn’t answer our calls, texts, or Facebook messages. He was nowhere to be found!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Alls we wanted was ideas how to fix and how to prevent and most importantly the color release he used so we could fix the all the chipped spots. It just looks terrible 2 YEARS LATER!!!!! We had 2 different professional come look at the chipped sides and flaking and tell us same thing that it was negligence….air trapping too much air in concrete release being hand tossed etc…and the chipping from edges not being rounded
