I would very careful of purchasing property built by Providence Builders. My electricity went out late Sunday night and I contact the first company that could provide service. Only later to find out that the fan board relay isn't closing the circuit to operate the blower. And to top it off it's 40 degrees outside. Long story short final cost for repairs $540
