Providence Lawn and Tree

After mentioning to the crew over and over for several things they need to work on like : - blades needs to be sharp to cut my Saint Augustine lawn since they are killing it - cut the lawn every week as plan in the contract for summer but you guys are coming whenever. - telling the crew to don’t miss to cut the backyard and trim the tree and bush . Basically a constant babysitting to the point I ask them to let me know before the cut my yard to go over the lawn again as a last time before I cancel them . They decide to stop relationship with me at the last moment since they can’t do what I ask . I was nice enough to give them another change and then cancel them next month not at last moment like them . They were trying their best but the personal is not fully train to do a good job . So n

Providence Lawn has handled my lawn and shrub service for a couple of years now and when I found out they offer landscaping creation and sod services, I jumped at the chance. Their quote came in very competitive with other services and Scott was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk the space to explain all of the work included in the scope. Once the quote was approved, they were at the house installing the sod within a week. I received detailed care instructions and got a follow up site visit. Their communication during the entire process was clear and they responded quickly with my inquiries. We have been a customer for more than 4 years. Scott, Josh, and the team do an excellent job manicuring our property. The crews are courteous and responsive to our needs. Being from NY St Augustine grass was new to us and they helped educate us on taking care of it. We highly recommend them.

We have used Providence Lawn & Tree for a a year now . We had them install new sod on 80% of our property that was damaged from a project . They showed up and did a fantastic job in the time they said it would be. They have continued to mow and take care of any issues that have come up with our lawn or plant beds .
