Travis was our technician and he was great through the whole process. He had some great ideas when we were thinking of adding lights & moving some things. He was very professional on installation & he and his partner really spent time trying to figure out how to rewire our wall lights with minimal damage to the drywall. Highly recommend!

I've been using Provident for over 10 years, between 3 different houses. They are very thorough, and always a job well done. The principal owner is a great guy with local ties to the community. The two technicians that just came today were great to work with and able to troubleshoot quite a few gremlins in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints here. Nice, professional crew👍

Great experience. John was very thorough with his initial assessment and walked us through the procss every step of the way. John and Herb did an awesome job with the installation of a new dedicated 20 amp line for our living room, making sure to work with existing wall access without drilling additional holes. Very happy with the service they provided.

We called Provident Electric for a fuse that kept tripping. Travis and Trevor were our electricians and they were outstanding. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and got everything in working condition again. Their work was clean, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Chris M. arrived on time and quickly stated the maintenance procedure on my stand-alone generator. The normal items were successfully performed. During that time he checked the battery and cables and mentioned the battery will be good for another year but the battery and cable had lots of rust on them. Chris cleaned the rusted terminals and replaced the cable fasteners.He also checked for oil leaks and found one hose with a small occasional drip. He replaced the holding clips with stronger hose clips. Thanks to Chris for a very thorough check of the condition, tests and running of the generator. Excellent work!
