Did a good job replacing some rotted wood siding, so we brought him back to do interior paint and repair work to get our house in perfect condition for selling. We told him that we could do the work ourselves, but we wanted to hire him to ensure it was done faster and more professionally. He promised to be done in time, and then after we signed a contract the late excuses started coming. We were sympathetic and repeatedly said to let us know ASAP if he needed to cancel all or part of the job so we could finish it ourselves, but he kept saying it would get done in time no problem. We ended up doing an open house with sloppy, half-done work. All you have to do is look at the Google picture, thats a contractors home? Even if he took pride in his own home don't waste your time on this guy, hes a complete nut job and will give you every excuse in the world his work isn't ever done correctly.
