Although the garage can be convenient because of the location, the employees that work there are incredibly rude. The machines don’t work properly and get stuck all the time. I was struggling with my card and called for help and the woman working there was unhelpful and rude. She said everyone else didn’t have a problem with the machine and completely ignored me.

Oh boy it's so hard to find a good spot. You have to spend $20 so that you can park for 4h for $20. Well it's close to Newbury St. Restaurants were so so, but they have everything there. I like Saks. But do walk over to Copley for fancy brands. If I had to eat there I would go outside the mall or Cheesecake Factory!

Over the past several years I have parked at this garage 10+ times without issue. This garage is safe, clean, and provides easy access to the Sheraton hotel, Prudential Center, and nearby attractions. Unfortunately at the conclusion of my latest visit the payment machine took my ticket but refused to accept any of the several valid credit cards that I presented. This created a small traffic jam near the exit and forced other cars to make challenging maneuvers in order to let me exit the queue. This facility does not provide any staff at the exit, and as a result, myself and another patron were forced to wait more than 20 minutes for an employee to arrive and sort out the payment machines.
