We had our carpet replaced in our living room, bedroom & closet and couldn’t be more happy with Pruitt Flooring. No surprises from the estimate, Celeste in scheduling & follow-up a day before scheduled day & the guys were all courteous & professional. Cleanup was great as well. Jared kept us updated from the time they picked up our carpet as to time of arrival & status through out the day. We asked them to make a change in our wood floor trim in the living room & that was done too very professionally. We would use them again in the future!

I have had Pruitt do my flooring in my senior living facility for a few years now. They do great work and stand behind their work. He has done the carpet, lvp, and lvt in my resident rooms, condos, laundry rooms and many of our common areas. The whole team is great to work with and prices are fair. I recommend them for any commercial and residential flooring needs.

We had carpet replaced last week in our basement family room and bedroom, and we could not be happier. We got two confirmation calls ahead of time, and the crew arrived right on time. They finished a pretty big job (it also included a storage area under the stairs and an oddly shaped small room behind the fireplace) in about 6 1/2 hours, when I expected it would take a couple of days! They were friendly and professional, and went over the finished job with us before they left. I thought they were VERY reasonably priced, less than I had expected to have to pay (which was very welcome during the holiday season!) The final cost was exactly what had been estimated weeks before. I would absolutely recommend Pruitt to anyone!

Pruitt Flooring accepted our project with a written plan provided by our contractor. Our home had experienced a fire, resulting in significant water damage from firefighting efforts. Any experienced flooring company would understand that the subfloor would be affected by the amount of water and humidity in the home. We clearly communicated this information before the work began. The installation was extremely poor. There are humps throughout the flooring, and several areas are uneven across the house. Even after acknowledging that parts of the floor were not level, the owner stopped responding to our contractor and never followed through on completing the job. They did an excellent job installing our carpet. The Estimator, Office Personnel and Installers were polite and professional. Although we didn't need it, they had an option to move furniture in the quote. They also were able to do it sooner than expected due to a cancellation and they were able to get the job done in 2 days instead of the projected 3. We highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
