Prussia Handyman Care

I hired Prussia Handyman Care a while ago to paint the interior of my house. They seemed trustworthy and I felt they would do what they said and could be trusted initially. They did not complete the scope of the work they promised and even though they guaranteed they would come back to fix any problems, after I paid them, they never returned. I contacted them via message, email and phone calls many, many times. They left unfinished work and made appointments to come back and never showed. I would never use this business again. Extremely disappointed since I paid them a lot of money and they did not complete the work they were paid for.

Their staff is very friendly, skilled and responsive!! Brad was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his job very well and we were really satisfied with his work! I will definitely call Prussia Handyman Care again whenever I will need help! Thank you!!!! I will definitely recommend you to others!

The handyman from Prussia Handyman Care did a wonderful job at repairing my front steps and painting them. He also puttied around my front windows and treated some dry rot before painting. Everything turned out perfectly! I recommend this company without hesitations.

I used this company for fixing light in the front of the house. I paid then in advance. The technician did not show up the first day at the time he was supposed to come. He came the next day and did not do all the work he said needed to be done. He left the light exposed on the back side, was not screwed in. The text response was that he fixed the light that was not working, and the cover and closing it up was not required. Contacted the company twice and they just had the tech call back. Tech said he will cometo fix it, then made excuses, two weeks now and still has not shown up. Called the company twice to speak with the manager, they said manager will call back , and he never did. The company does not even have an office at the location listed. FAKE LOCATION !! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

We booked an appointment to have a handyman come out between 11-1 and never received any communication nor did he show up and after numerous attempts I give up trying to use this company. If your reading this, please save yourself the time and effort and go elsewhere this company is not reliable
