We’ve worked with P. Scaranni Builders twice — first for our kitchen remodel a few years ago, and most recently for our bathroom. Both turned out absolutely beautiful. Perry is a true perfectionist — every detail is done with care, and the quality of the work really stands out. His team was here every day for at least seven hours and finished the bathroom in just two weeks. The pricing is very fair for the level of craftsmanship and professionalism you get. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend P. Scaranni Builders!

There is no more research needed to be done, P. Scaranni Building Corp is who you must hire to do the job. Our only regret is that we did not have them do the entire job as we ended up calling Perry to have him correct a poor job done by another contractor who was involved. You can feel confident Perry and his team will do the job right and will be straight with you on any issues encountered. Perry and his team did a complete renovation on our kitchen and our entire first floor. We went with an open concept by knocking down dining room walls and installing a new beam to replace the low bearing wall so we could extend the kitchen into the dining room for a massive kitchen. We also removed old flooring throughout the 1st floor and reinstalled a new floor to flow through the kitchen into the family room and office (used to be living room) Perry was extremely reliable and was able to get the project done in ample timing. The kitchen renovation was perfect. We are so pleased with the design, cabinetry, appliances, and new lighting throughout. The quality of work is extremely professional. The price was fair. We hired Perry to redo our kitchen and the whole 1st floor in fall 2022. We selected him because his estimate was fair and also because he said he would complete the job in 6-8 weeks while everyone else said 12-14. Not only he and his team were very thorough, professional but they finished ON budget AND exactly in 6 weeks. Since then, Perry came back to do 2 other jobs (office and basement). All my dealings and experiences with him have been very positive. I am recommending Perry to anyone who needs remodeling!
