PSI was a nightmare every step of the process. We called for a quote in the summer. They immediately came out and quoted us. Told us they could get the driveway repaved by fall. We accepted the quote. We called multiple times to nail down a date and they kept stringing us along. The week of Christmas they called us to tell us they wanted to repave the driveway THE NEXT DAY. Zero warning. We wanted to get it finished as we had already been waiting months at this point. We questioned the weather and were assured by Brian that it would be fine and they “guarantee” their work. They followed up with a second phone call telling us we were inaccurately quoted and the job would be $2k more than what we were quoted. We should have left at this point, but really wanted to get the driveway completed

I signed a contract with PSI for a driveway sealing on 8/22/25. Was told by Brian it would be 2-3 weeks maybe sooner if they were in my area. On week 3 I called to find out what day they would be coming so I could move the car. Brian informed me it would now be 6-8 weeks before they would be to my project. It's now 10/27/25 and still no show, no call. Clearly there was no intension of completing this job, when I could have had 10 other companies do this within a couple weeks of needing it done. Needless to say, I called Brian and cancelled my contract. I've been a PSI customer for between 25-30 years and never expected to be treated this way as they have always be timely and very good at their job, but something has definitely changed and customer service is out the window. A shame to lose

I do not recommend PSI!! I sent an email requesting resealing in May. It had been a year since PSI had repaved my driveway. I called in June and was told the weather had been too rainy. I called in July. Again the weather was blamed. Called in August and they blamed having to do JCPS. I was asked if I could have them come at the last minute one day in August and told them it wasn’t a good time. I was assured that I was first on the list and they would do it ASAP. A month went by and nothing. I found someone else. They did a great job and didn’t charge as much as PSI. Very disappointing to be treated this way! I spent a lot of money getting it repaved and they completely dropped the ball on doing the necessary resealing😡

PSI did an excellent job on our parking lot. Competitive pricing and great service from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
