We just had Pete replace a mini split that was incorrectly installed by the last guy. Pete was so professional and knowledgeable. This new mini split is a game changer. We could not be happier! He has also fixed a headache of a chronic plumbing issue that we've had as well. We highly recommend PTS!

Not very professional picking up the phone and saying oh it will be $10,000 on an estimate maybe joking and dont like ur prices i don't like u picking up the phone and joking with someone u don't know not professional at all

I called Pete, explained the issue with my water heater and within an hour he had an estimate and we were scheduling for the next day. I work until 4pm and he accommodated me. He was here on time, got right to work. Showed me exactly what was happening. Even made a quick fix on a valve. He was quick, professional and very knowledgeable. I even made a mistake on how I wrote out my check and he called me, laughed with me about my duh moment and met me at a gas station that was on my way home so we could swap my check. Pete was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and what he done after he was finished. He explained to me how to maintain the work he had done and how to make sure It will last a long time. He was very nice and polite. I would definitely call on him again if I ever need more work done which I will soon enough when we do our bathroom renovations. His pricing is fair and on point. Everything he did was explained and written up exactly as was explained on the invoice. I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of at all. A lot of so call professionals in this area will overcharge you unnecessary work because they don’t think you know anything about plumbing but Pete was honest and on point. Pete Tuzzio saved us roughly $17,000 in 2021 when he checked our HVAC. Before jumping into replacing our entire unit, he investigated the problem first and replaced only 2 small items which he ordered directly from the company after thorough research. He performs annual maintenance and have extended the life span of our HVAC. Super grateful for his expertise and patience.
