I want to emphasize how truly helpful George was to me. From the very first call, his expertise felt like a blessing from God — and that is no exaggeration. He went above and beyond, providing sound, accurate, and indisputable information at every step. To call him precise would be an understatement, because his depth of knowledge was evident in every part of the process I inquired, even from the initial consultation. His communication is clear, thorough, and direct — no beating around the bush, no games, no nonsense.

Even though I ultimately didn’t end up needing to use their services, my experience with Public Adjusters Atlanta — and especially with George — was excellent. From the start, George was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He clearly demonstrated the company’s commitment to honest, accurate claim handling and showed a genuine concern for treating every case with the highest level of care.

This team was unprofessional. I explained that Allstate wants to demolish my home's exterior for abatement without protecting it from intruders or pests (among other claim issues). George said they can't win that fight for me, so I asked what they could help with. He laughed and said "everything you need help with is what we do". Since they just told me they can't help with something I requested, saying they can do "everything I need" seems like a false blanket statement. So I requested we discuss the individual parts of my claim in more detail. George then said he's not interested in working with me and ended the call.

Calling Atlanta Public Adjusters was the best decision I have ever made! I was completely lost dealing with the insurance company after this unexpected leak. I'm glad to say 2 months later my wife and I are extremely happy with our restoration, its better then new! There is no way I would have been able to restore my house to this level on my own.
