Public Parking 212 Dauphine Street New Orleans

This place advertises on SpotHero (as #194) as wheelchair accessible but it is NOT! The ground floor is reserved for “premium/reserved” spots except for ONE ADA spot. To get to the street level in a wheelchair you’ll have to roll down the ramp full of blind spots and speeding cars. There is also an incredibly narrow staircase you can use if you are ambulatory but you’ll likely struggle with your suitcase getting down. I really would not recommend this parking lot for anyone with any sort of difficulty walking or anyone carrying luggage. This is also the same parking lot listed on 911 Iberville so don’t reserved that one either if you think it’ll be difficult.

Overpriced and barely monitored. Consistently roamed by the unfortunate homeless and thieves. Parking at the higher floors may save you money, but makes your car an easy target for vandalism.

Great location to park but prices are a bit ridiculous for 4 hours parking

Went on a trip to New Orleans to visit the French Quarter for 3 days. Parked here, the place was horrible. At the end of the trip, came back to get the car and it had a flat tire. Told the parking attendant and all that was said was well we have an air compressor or "you could just drive it to the nearest gas station" Um can't drive the flat to a gas station! So we asked for the air compression, "Oh it's broke" Terrible place, when we come to visit, we will not be parking at this place again!

Easy to find and close to all things. Price was great compared to hotel parking.
