DO NOT PARK HERE. they scammed me of my money because I didn't pay right away when there was no clear indication of when and where to pay. Most car garages make you pay after you leave, I didn't know I had to scan a QR code to pay then leave. I have parked here before and never had this issue. Definitely reporting this scam behavior. UPDATE: Right as they released our boot, they booted up the car next to ours. The car wasn't even parked for 10 minutes.

Terrible experience! Signage was not clear about when to pay. Pay before you go out to have dinner, you will get booted by a rude pathetic little man in a white pickup truck with a red stripe, who will talk shit to you! 0 stars!

City of Austin or WHOEVER manages this place needs to be forced to stay in this garage for a week! It’s a toilet! I pay to park here and it’s filled with human waste! Disgusting

DONT PARK HERE. They will scam you. There was a guy standing out front in PRRS uniform giving out tickets and then when we came back we had a parking ticket on our dashboard for $90! They are awful to work with on getting it amended as well. Avoid at all costs.

Spent twenty minutes entering my license plate number and credit card numbers after trying to use the onsite machine which didn't work. So onto the phone, do it three times, start over. And if it had with would have charged me $20 from the start. Went across the street to the parking deck, qr code worked. Only cost $10
